ZOi welcomes patients with Reception and Waiting Area. The Receptionist also works as a Pharmacist explaining and distributing medicines recommended by the Physician to patients who can't use 24x7 Medicine Vending machine themselves.

WAITING & PREP

Waiting Area & Prep (Vaccination) Area for In-patients

A well-lit Waiting Area gives patient immediate respite from where upon their call, they are shifted to Prep Area where their routine body parameters are tested and kept ready for Physician Doctor's review. Alternatively, this area can also be utilized for any emergency, vaccination or blood works collection.

DOCTOR/ PHYSICIAN CONSULTATION ROOM

Upon their turns, patients walk into Doctor's Consultation Room where in he will be treated, diagnosed by sitting Doctor or via Virtual Meetings on Screen connected by high-speed internet. IoT Application helps 'match' patients with their allotted time and language preference to a virtually waiting Doctor who can guide the patient using Virtual Meetings within this room. Before patient enters, using ZOi application, Doctor has access to all past patient records and is well aware of pre-conditions of patients if any and treat him/her accordingly.

Attached Powder Toilet within the Primary Healthcare POD has lot of benefits with convenience, personal hygiene as well as sample collection. While we designed our PODs, we gave it a priority to reserve space and budget for the same, resulting in happy patients, staff and guests.

ZOi's IoT Application helps 'match' patients with their allotted time and language preference to a virtually waiting Doctor who can guide the patient using Virtual Meetings within this room. Before patient enters, using ZOi application, Doctor has access to all past patient records and is well aware of pre-conditions of patients if any and treat him/her accordingly.

Patients can see the wait time on each ZOi Healthcare PODs in proximity in Real-Time, Book a one click Appointment (in local language) and save on a wait-time. All visit records are saved on a centralized secured server for quick access in future as well as a simple second opinion quick share.
