UprearBUILD is developing a beautiful community of close to 30 Units – 2 BHK Villas for the top management of Dalmia Cements at their USO plant in the state of Assam - INDIA.(3500 KM from UprearBUILD Factory) This eccentric site is on a hilly slope – right in the middle of jungle. Terrain is difficult in slope and each foundation had to be meticulously planned to achieve min cut-fill while creating beautiful landscapes for the terrain. UprearBUILD stood up to the challenge and delivered and install the project in the span of 2.5 months.
