UprearBUILD developed a gorgeous 1Bed – Studio – relocatable Farm-house for a client – fully loaded with amenities that truly qualifies it to be a Smart Home of 21st century. Project has platitude of alternate use spaces that converts for the applications during day and night time. This 400 Sq.Ft. Studio Farmhouse model – yet being a ‘Tiny Home’ gives a feeling of ample space because of smart planning and execution.

Most remarkable feature is the House can be folded in 20’ x 8’ (Transportable Dimensions) and un-folds to 20’ x 20’ configuration once on site.
